On advice from several EV dealers we used our own electrician to install a 3 phase Zappi, Harvi and Hub to get charging benefit from our solar panels. Installation took place about a month before our EV was delivered by which time our electrician was on leave. The installation was 1st class however we spent days trying to get the charger operating correctly with our vehicle...utilising user guides, on line forums and Google "how to" vids. We finally contacted EVCI for help. Within a few minutes on the phone, initially with Mitch, he had the system working perfectly. He asked us to call back in a few days to let them know how we were getting on. When I did this, Ryan gave me further instructions to get the most out of the Zappi. Don't waste time, use the experts at ECVI.
